Contact

Check case fit and availability.

I work with immigration attorneys, with people who contact me directly about their own case, and on selected training or speaking requests. If you are seeking an evaluation for yourself, here is what happens after you contact me; if you do not have an attorney yet, see where to find one. Please do not send confidential health information, declarations, or protected case strategy through the initial form.

Case-fit inquiry

Evaluations are conducted remotely and are used in U.S. immigration courts and USCIS adjudications. Please share the venue so I can flag any jurisdiction-specific considerations.

Submissions are delivered securely. Please do not include declarations, medical records, or other protected health information until a secure intake channel has been confirmed.

Prefer to talk first?

Book a free 15-minute fit call to discuss case type, jurisdiction, deadline, and whether an evaluation is appropriate before any documents are exchanged.

Case type, deadline, venue, interpreter needs, nonprofit/legal-aid referral status, and enough non-confidential information to assess fit.

What not to send yet

Do not send declarations, medical records, protected health information, or privileged strategy until secure intake is confirmed.
